The Parish Church
Home › Natural & cultural heritage

Originally built in the11th century the church was rebuilt at the begining of the 14thcentury.

There is an inscription carved above the South door testifying to this.

The retable of the main altar is remarkable because of the aesthetic quality of its stucco mouldings. The large solomonic columns support the architrave and frame the statues of St Peter and St Paul, patron saints of the parish.

At the rear of the church, near the baptismal font are two sculptures of biblical scenes; The Baptism of Jesus and  The Centurion's Prayer

There is a Sunday Mass each week at 11am
